 flagrantly lying pay-rolled police team, a lying ex-cop judge climbing over the front of his desk attempting to entrap by interrupting and demanding an answer outside the scope of the question. A criminal protection order for the lying punk in a cop costume. This judge is the brother-in-law of a District Attorney deeply involved in the cover-up of our torture.

Calling this guy Anti-Semitic is not kosher?  This judge participated in the frame up of Donald LaBarr Sr and now has participated in the frame up of Donald LaBarr Jr.    The actions of this tyrant resemble those of Adolph Hitler, his God. There is nothing more offensive than seeing an open liar accept and sustain false information in attaining a guilty verdict, then slapping a heinous sentence upon that false conviction.  This so-called judge attempted  to entrap this reporter by demanding an answer outside the scope of his question.

Yes Mr. Mitchel, The "Honor System" on judges doesn't work anymore.

Behold my broodings in the current matter:

A classic Frame-Up; while in Mitchel's Court, he says, "I'm issuing a Criminal Protection Order Against you." I remarked, "Criminal!" He stops everything, stares and angrily says, "I said, CRIMINAL." He reads through parts of it and says; "Now do you have any questions, Mr. LaBarr?" I began speaking, "Yes, What-do-I-do-when-this-same-cop-U-Turns-on-sight-every-single-time-I'm In Town?  He had already begun to interrupt and did deliberately interrupt saying;  Mr. La----Barr -twice- taking 30 seconds to enunciate the words. then "Do you understand me?" (twice) with his cold beady eyes locked, taking another 30 seconds. The Yes or No format elicited an answer outside the premise of the question. Then he leaned as far as he humanly could over the bench and glared during the second, "Do you understand me?" (I believe if I'd said "NO, I don't understand, I'd have been jailed indefinitely, on the spot."

Every single time I was in town and even seen by this officer, it was recorded as a Harassment/Stalking Incident.  

 He should resign as judge and return to private practice where he was reputed to be a good attorney.

 (Right now some of the MPD needs me locked down with no bail in order to save their jobs. Schnelling would proceed with another intentional 18-CRS Class-5 felony error, this time against Don LaBarr Jr, the one who exposed him on the Internet for framing Don LaBarr Sr. in 02-T-622). Our family takes back to back felonies from these lying cops, now desperate in covering their jobs.  Schnelling/Hall and the sordid enjoin in the conspiratorial conduct which constitutes a Class-5 -both state and federal felony.

 

One unsolicited compliment that was e-mailed here during this case is published here, "believe it or not-there are some honest judges out there who take a dim view of "hot-shot" cops who think they should be the acting judge in civilian encounters." A face that strikes fear into the hearts of shoppers.  THE MPD WILL BE FILMED FOR MY PROTECTION.   This judge may capriciously issue a felony warrant for violation of a malicious Criminal Protection Order. These judges openly retaliate against our family in every case.    This author is a law abiding citizen who passes the Brady Background Check and MPD's soiled uniforms continue frame-ups.

DRACONIAN LOCAL CORRUPTION

When will the City Council wake up and listen? THIS GROUP PAYS $4500-6000/Month to a Hate-Meat-Cult inside the MPD, dedicated full time to financially destroying me and running me out of town. They participate in an 18-USC felony cover-up.

I wouldn't be surprised if I don't get hammered again 6-days after the conclusion of this one. If so I will then have no choice but to dedicate the rest of my life to an endless ongoing exchange of motions in federal court. We'll exchange motions until Hell is frozen over.

This same group has ruthlessly and barbarically ruined poor people's lives in a slow town and have run the place like North Korea. Hall is a good example of an extra detective who has stagnated into a state of decay. Schnelling deliberately reversed all of the entries in his accident recon software and my 74 year old father sat in jail work release for a year. Schnelling directly accessed Mitchel and dedicated his hourly shifts to following up on Don.

Mitchel's MPD Connection

Mitchel suspended work release upon this further info from MPD only to find Don  was in jail that day (Thursday) for the one day of the week he had to be in. The Press in this town is owned by Wick Communications in Tucson and the specialized banner below accurately describes the results of that:

Former District Attorney, Michael Stern;  Judge Mitchel's brother-in-law is one of the parties mentioned in formal certified letter complaints recently to the FBI and U.S. Attorney General.

This same cop U-Turns on sight every single time. This face is capable of the most hateful scowls. A terrifying situation that has ended up with my being framed. Every time I am in a one-on-one situation with this liar, he makes up stories. This last one came 6 days after the conclusion of the first one and blasted me $8500 in fees.  I'm afraid of even associating with any of the Churches in Montrose until this damned lying hate-trash gets cleaned up.
