Ruthless and reckless sabotage
Does Colorado employ a bunch of old winos & derelicts for their book keeping? I got a notice in the mail that "Adverse" information had been added to my credit record, so I replied to Transunion and sure enough...
My credit report had page after page of good reports. -0- negative entries in my entire history. I will swear the same in an affidavit. This paper cutter project shows 10 of 14 satisfactory accounts I submit for review as my current and past credit picture. The other 4 were on the backs of these cut-out pages and were not shown this same picture; (0) Negative entries, only the state of Colorado was submitting this horror show.
Draconian Book keeping!
All OK, until Colorado comes along. Colorado was paid every month and look at this; (10) - 30 days late, (7) - 60 days late and (12) - 90 days late. (1) - 120 days late! This HAS TO be legally separated from legitimate banking and credit information. The guys in charge of accounting may have stayed at a Holliday Inn last night, but their sure not accountants!
What an injury. I demand the $1000./per day allowed by C.R.S in restitution. I further suggest the state legislature repeal the lawful authority of these derelicts to act as the state's vanguard. The state may be ruthlessly indifferent regarding it's public image, but we cannot withstand an injury of this magnitude through gross negligence.
(We have no other issues with the state).
There is a gleaning process amiss in Colorado's bureaucracy. This standard of book keeping was probably acceptable in the Soviet Union during the 1959-1960 time period. I'll bet a certified state auditor is looking over this file. (09/14/07).
I'm looking for a letter I sent to all three credit reporters disputing Colorado's entries. I showed them that the entries fell below standards and should not be included in consideration by bankers looking for an accurate report.
What happened in Sept/Oct 2006? I recall only made a double payment once! This shoddy record keeping is being used as a sleazy slamming tool by derelicts who think they have a shield of immunity and may continue in a lack of accountability and quality. Any bets on how much this dereliction knocks my credit score? Does Colorado's entry knock my credit score 250 points, 300 or 400 points?
The quality of accounting by The State of Colorado would not be tolerated in any private business.
On one front: This is a billing for a case of Neuroleptic induced Parkinson's in a (now) 18 year old male which resembles cases in 40 year olds.
On another front: What Colorado is doing falls within the scope and legal definition of Mayhem, though it's actually more like a form of integral Sabotage with the secondary reaction intended to impact other areas outside the scope and purview of the Child Support case. The resulting slamming effect results in higher interest rates being assessed at the onset of purchases. Noting a higher interest status on one HSBC loan over a period of time. They're sure setting an example... Supposing a similar claim was raised against the State of Colorado where they are expected to pay $6 Billion for the loss of patents which no human on Earth should ever have known about?

This scenario also shows Colorado to be a larger scale model of Montrose, where folks have nice homes, paid off, ready to retire and are forced to coexist with having otherwise perfect credit proverbially shot in the head...

The State of Colorado feloniously incapacitated us then extorted payment for their services. No longer will the threat of force tender this debt. The CBI is a defendant agency and I mean it. If you think you are going to elicit a forced psych-eval from me and pass it around like a comic book. I'm not paying state counselors to give away free million-dollar interviews. It will be a very lucky Doctor who will crawl away from this without a malpractice suit.

Today's IMAX Matinee; Cheaper by the gallon! A typical Gay Couple or The Tale of Two Terrorists! or The Tale of Three Democrats Whose diametrically opposed means achieved the same end. The state permitted an injury to occur, then sent us the billing for further damages, listing it as a "Derogatory Public Record." We tried everything humanly possible to stop trespassing/peeping over here. The State of Colorado will pay for any patent loss whatsoever. I've contacted Raytheon's legal dept regarding this matter and offer to arbitrate. They can send the bill to any of the 3 state officials depicted in the photo. This time; YOUR turn to daze your life's savings into a legal-fee waste pit for naught, not the poor individuals over here. |
