NORML Leads the way for Drug Law Reform...

This photo today shows a normal society existing decades after Alcohol Prohibition was Repealed.

Alcoholics aren't chanting and pounding on the doors of this place every morning, going directly to the cabinet with the products containing the most alcohol and drinking till they are dead.

Decades after Marijuana Prohibition is Repealed -This will be much the same picture except that the Mafia and terrorists won't be profiting from it...  Products will be clearly labeled and graded.

Some say, "Well, people will just grow their own and not pay the $100./OZ Import Tax."

-Once they try different samples from Acapulco, Panama, Colombia, Asia & Africa their little grow lamp hydro-thingy will wind up in a garage sale. Every region has it's signature characteristics & taste. The golden color comes only from full exposure to the sun on the Equator.

The 50 States can each draft up their own licensing laws for growers after Federal Prohibition is Repealed. We can predict the scene to be as the photo above shows. The $100./OZ Tax would most likely be challenged but would allow the initial windfall to be captured as interest would predictably balance out after a while and diminish with the exercise of  Responsibility; both parental and societal, coupled with the enforcement of simple public intoxication laws as they exist today for alcohol.

The War on Drugs would then come to be The War on "Bad Drugs" and a popular effort instead of a curse. The Gateway  argument has some irrefutable points, yet must be balanced with  today's Drug War Economics which supplant METH in the absence of Soft Drugs.  These man-made Injectable White Powders need to be the focus of Drug Enforcement resources due to their danger and Black Market/Public Safety issues.

                    If You Support Prohibition

You Are Responsible For Allowing The $400 Billion In Uncontrolled Cash Generated Each Year In The Drug Trade To Be Controlled By The Mafia, Criminal Organizations And Hoodlums, Some Of Whom Hate America.

                        You Support The Problem

Anti-Mafia recommends that Federal Marijuana Prohibition be Repealed
and Replaced with a $100 per Ounce Import Tax* - Why?
This act would help separate commerce in and use of Marijuana
from commerce in and use of other dangerous hard Narcotics.
New Zealand recently reconfigured their Pot Laws in such a manner
as to reduce the exposure of their children to criminal drug dealers, who also

deal in Hard Drugs.

Source Countries are also free to apply Export Taxes as well.

*This Tax should apply to ALL Hemp Products. If it's imported, it's got to be worth a $100/OZ Import Tax Stamp.

Anti-Mafia supports the Mexican Government's common sense decision to reconfigure it's drug laws. All of Mexico is now like the City of Amsterdam. They should look forward to an increase in tourism.  90% of the "problems" with drugs are Prohibition related, causing one to sometimes forget the dangers surrounding the drugs themselves.

Here is the Site Author’s formal statement and suggestion regarding simple changes to the Drug War.

* Repealing Marijuana Prohibition and replacing it with a $100 per ounce Import Tax would help to balance out the National Budget each year with monies which were formerly directed into the hands of criminal gangs and potentially Terrorists. The problem with Marijuana will exist either way. The Role of the D.E.A. wouldn’t vary much except to insure that the tax was paid and the product was properly labeled.

...Formally establish Marijuana as a soft drug, then clearly identify METH and METH based products, Refined** Cocaine, Heroin, Morphine and ***today’s upper-end pharmaceutical opiate products  in recognition as Man Made Plagues. Opium is absolutely not a soft alternative within that drug family, clearly mandating the need for tight control by prescription -but available by prescription.

This clearly sets aside METH, Cocaine* and Heroin out in the open in their entanglement with crime, gangs, violence and financial support towards Terror, clearly identified as "hard drugs" and further separates them from their mis-association with our Second Amendment Rights and the inappropriate media-mis-connection of the firearms Rights of Law Abiding Citizens with this prohibition generated gangster-style gang-banging brought to point every time some Democrat is up for election. The Second Amendment is wrongfully attacked in this manner.  In addition to the lethal nature of refined Hard Drugs, their sales -to anyone, any age- generates Illegal Tax Free Cash, and that generates and is surrounded by violent crime, criminal activity of all types, thefts, prostitution, & etc.,  to support high priced drug habits and our society then faces additional health problems, like AIDS and HEPATITIS -C.

Hard Drugs, Crime and Terror. Police could focus on these truly life threatening epidemics with the support of the public, who would enjoy respect for police for their role in appropriate drug law applications. The fabric of America would stand strengthened and Americans might be more inclined to enjoin in friendship and unification as the War On Drugs now becomes the War on Bad Drugs and comes to be a popular effort instead of a curse.

...The States are then free to regulate as they please...

*(We support "research" into availing the natural strength Coca back into Coca Cola’s original patent formula. Legal ONLY when incorporated -otherwise still illegal as Hell as refined Cocaine has no non-surgical purpose, yet still allowing and not interfering with the age old traditional legal markets providing the cornerstone of finance for the source countries as there has always been.   There would surely be a pretty large legal market for this Federally Taxed & regulated product). This Adult labeled product should have a hefty TAX which should be used for buying and destroying ALL untaxed Refined Cocaine. The DEA is currently in the best position to supervise and protect authorized merchants who buy and destroy excess UNTAXED Cocaine. Untaxed Hemp products would be prohibited, leaving the role of DEA personnel not much different than it currently is, but expanded to also address Bio and Nuclear Threats.

...A self regulating balance is set in motion.

**REFINED:  (Mankind had few problems with drugs in their natural forms until the latter 18th Century when REFINEMENT

became possible. Then a Man Made Plague was unleashed upon the Earth. With Marijuana there aren't scenes of peasants

with their pant legs rolled up, stomping around in chemical baths and a trail of dead bodies all the way up the continent).

*** Support for this issue is up for serious reconsideration altogether as the pressure on Doctors by the D.E.A. comes to

be so great that patients who have an injury of some type have to be left to suffer and/or be treated like junkies simply

because they are injured. This is noted in the attitudes of today's E.R. techs, nurses, staff and persons who hang around hospitals.

When someone is suffering in pain due to no reason other than D.C area Neanderthal-style Drug War chest pounding it sure brings the DEA into the focal point

of public hatred and despise. It's almost like reverting back to around 1860, before any of these modern options existed. Somewhat like the Taliban gov't, making everyone paint their windows Black. It bears a "Religious Persecution" motif -and it damn well hurts...

The DEA needs to butt-out and call off the Jihad. There needs to be a 5 year mandatory prison term for false reporting on METH.

Meth generates lots of quick income. The Meth-Makers can whip up a batch in 6
hours and get a $6,000 return for their time. So why work and why should they
go to a cheap motel if they can operate at a nicer place. The speaker said they
would often go to motels in gambling areas and mix up a batch and let it cook
for 6 hours as they entertained themselves at the slot machines. But the
motels picked for Meth labs today have no price range to the makers.

If you get a motel room, try to stay nearest to the office (thinking most Meth
labs would be further away for less detection). If you would see a smudge on
the wall or somewhere.... if you would pack a spray can of starch used in
ironing, you should spray it on the smudge..... if it turns purple, get the heck
out of the room as it will be most hazardous to your health. Even case workers
have been alerted to change their shoes if they suspect Meth being used in a
house they enter, so apparently Meth is extremely dangerous to ones health when
least expecting it is even around.

The speaker also had photos of people with the flesh peeling off their bodies
and exposing the bones... the reason for this happening, is the acid (battery
acid and Drano is used to make meth) is taken internally by ingesting the
finished product and he said: Once the acid goes in, it will seek it's way out,
thus resulting in the flesh being eaten away.
