Congratulations to Barack Obama. He will lead the United States well, except that Sen. Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi's crew are likely to go over to the Oval Office and just sit on him concerning their anti-2nd Amendment Rights and privileges agenda. Rearranging the Supreme Court would make lawful gun owners criminals over night and that's not right. I'm particularly startled at what Sen. Schumer's spontaneous anti-gun reflex might be.
The Second Amendment defines and establishes trust and respect. Please help protect and respect the Rights of law abiding firearm owners in this next term of office! This threshold and freedom is what keeps America's heart beating!

Democrats are prone to mass influence. Likewise; the Republican Hardliner's over zeal to assert aggressive marijuana control resembles the Democratic Hardliner's techniques of comparing an RPG launcher in the hands of an Iraqi kidnapper (with the rocket loaded in the room) to a common US civilian model hunting rifle. Privately owned American firearms are not associated with beheadings in Baghdad.
Noted also is the police analyst; this channel selects for commentaries on concealed carry issues; Mike Brooks addresses all the points, agrees to their merits, then chuckles a couple of times then summarizes with, "I don't think it would be a good idea." Typical big city Democrat mentality; no solutions, no action either from them, nor allowed by them. |
I don't want to do 18-months in a penitentiary in some of these States and a few metro areas out west due to the endangering gun laws, attitudes and mind frames of anti-gunners.
Cities without Concealed Carry Laws make some glad to be able to do business over Broadband and don't have to physically be there! Residents of those areas are subjected to the tyranny of a handful who ride around in armored stretch limos with armed licensed security, like in Bangladesh or some place like that.
Great plug for tourism, right?
Most Democrat activists are so driven they don't differentiate their good guys and bad guys. Residents in these states have to take the full force of any injuries that come along.

The Democrats have lost this Author's support at Election Time
as they have Polarized the firearm's ownership issue attempting to disrupt the balance. I think the Brady camp should listen back to the extent that reason prevails.
Sen. Feinstein herself needs to sit for 18 months in jail -for an infraction against some text on a piece of paper somewhere -where she would have time to sit and really think about the reality and need for the volume of laws being rolled out for everyone else... U.S. Sen. Jack Reed ( D, RI) tried to introduce legislation attempting to place both these devices in the same legal category. Any reasonable person can see there is a big difference between the two devices... Americans are constantly assaulted with a barrage of attacks on our Second Amendment. Devices controlled under the National Firearms Act include; hand grenades, howitzer shells, bombs, fuses for bombs, mortar rounds, machine guns, silencers, rocket propelled grenades, land mines, roadside bombs and other items also useless for personal defense. Hitler created similar laws making a 5 shot bolt action rifle the same as a hand grenade!

I think, as well Hillary Clinton is a good
statesperson and is a real battle cruiser when it comes to taking hits in
the polls and that she would have no problem executing the duties of the

Hillary has positive thrust and enigma and a very solid, unyielding force of
reckon. A power aura surrounds Hillary as she clearly exercises the moving

foundation in some respects, but I cannot agree that the gun control
applications they & Democrats support apply everywhere or are the
solution for the HLS situations they are so connoted to support. There are
more than enough gun laws on the books, let's just enforce the one's we've
got so far including Brady. No media mis-associations and I comment my
opinion and suggestions that Bill's use of the media daily, resulted in a
new Bill passed each day or new legislative innuendo generated, separating
today's Dems from the Carter era democrats! I'd probably

I think Brady is a good law enforcement tool and the Dems need to stop there with further legislation. James Brady paid a horrible price for naught and that incident brought to point the need for -some- reform and point of sale hands-on control, But then it's good guys and bad guys. Hillary, though alienates gun owners from her support. Gun Control polarizes America into a hard Right/Left format. There is a need to differentiate Americans exercising their Rights & privilege in defending themselves and their properties from those attacking Americans and their properties. It is inevitable that foreign terrorists might show up here with their full auto weapons & RPGs' to kill or injure Americans. To trash our peace, to generate confusion and chaos. The message from the White House when this happens should be; "protect yourselves in your homes and properties," not, Ms. Feinstein in San Francisco says, "Come on Mr. & Mrs. America, lets turn them in."
There should be a Civil Defense structure already formatted and in place so those lawfully armed peace loving defenders know how to react. It's inevitable (or likely) that terrorists may attack here with machine guns and worse. That's academic and debatable but there is no reason why firearm friendly qualified American owners should be characterized with terrorists or disarmed because of a few handfuls of terrorists. An AK-semi auto in the hands of a freedom and peace loving American citizen differs from an illegal full-auto AK in the hands of an enemy of America. An Enemy of America is one who destroys her peace and does not respect the common laws of civilized society.

Hmm, what's a good example of "creating the conditions which create polarity?" Let's say it's a dull day in the City of Denver or Cincinnati where there are these Extra anti-Assault Weapon Ban laws or similar. So the Chief sends all these extra cops out onto the Interstate instructed to profile vehicles passing through with NRA stickers, then to pull them over for anything, then do their vehicle fishing-expedition search thing for firearms. A firearm in possession of a non-prohibited lawful owner, locked in a case as it passes through a Blue Zone is sacred and protected under the Constitution of the United States, but these law abiding owners now have to battle it out with these Cities labeled and prosecuted almost as terrorists. The Dems need to disengage the drive in their gun-control agenda...
Don't let the first automatic weapon attacks from small handfuls of foreign terrorists here prompt the Dems to pull the Constitution. Full-Auto weapons are actually "Assault Weapons" by definition. In the extreme danger situations where Full-Auto weapons are deployed, their use is almost always with standing medical teams near.
FEAR is the worst enemy after an attack and keeping waves of false rumors from spreading is the responsibility of publishers and the media. Terrorist will want to generate panic.
It's paramount in the panic of one of these attacks that a clear differentiation is made between those who seek to keep the peace and those who seek to destroy. The Dem's predictable patterns in these decision making areas and situations could then easily create the conditions which then create further decisions surrounding them, made by everyone but them.
Our elected officials should think about this now and not on a backlash swing. Switzerland has a 50M man Army in it's armed law abiding citizens, all of whom respect their government and cherish their peace, not like some Nationalized Army in Iraq or Afghanistan with their own version of free-roaming pseudo-redneck mobs... America need this sense of trust and an expectation that Civil Patrols be readily brought into a structure of pre-planned organization and efficiency, wherein damage is thereby minimized and panic is contained.

One might be able to turn their firearm safely by attaching a 30 foot rope to it and dragging it, like the Jews had to in Nazi Germany.
In the Dem's Utopian Panacea-Vision there is No medium on guns. Civilians are disarmed and searched all the time by militarized police with machineguns with unlimited power.

Dems are charging headlong into a repeat of this same old history
cycle. The Second Amendment was drafted by it's creators to
prevent scenes like the one on the left; The thug in the Black uniform
with the machinegun is not the "well maintained Militia of
the state" as Dem's lawsuits have sought as an interpretation of
the Constitution today. Who wants a govt' like this?

(Compare the level of looting in the Dem's Big Easy to Houston, where there exists a sense of the Right to reasonably protect one's self, loved one's and property -especially in chaos as opposed to a policy of disarmament and a standing Army). Democrats applying their Gun Confiscation policies magnified the potential destructive force in Katrina's aftermath.
Al Gore might be more so inclined to leave people alone in this area of personal Rights than the Democratic City Mayors who think the specific legal needs in their concentrated population areas should apply everywhere. This author supports the common sense of the Brady Bill, but finds further anti-gun legislation unnecessary and subsequently has the effect of generating distrust for Democrats. During Katrina the Democrats have already unequivocally demonstrated they will take advantage of a situation & use military force for firearms confiscation and can be expected to do so in the future if elected.
How can we expect the Dems to react in the event of an actual Terrorist attack when there isn't several days notice or what if a Big Ol' Storm is Huffin -n- Puffin off the coast, then as those ol' raindrops start sprinkling, then pouring; the only thing the Chicken Little Democratic Leadership can figure out to do is to order a massive military supported confiscation of privately owned firearms?
Imagine if Actual militarized enemies of the United States like Al-Queda or Hezbola filter across our borders with their AK machine-guns & RPGs'. ...A few handfuls of 5 or 6... They go into gun free zones and slaughter innocent unprotected countrymen without contest. First responders & SWAT are wiped out as they realize they're shooting against active foreign militarized terrorists with the tools of war... In a situation like that the recognition between those attacking Americans and their homes and Americans defending their lives & properties is paramount.
Maybe that's not the bad part when weighing that potential against what panicking chimpanzees would then do when piled onto newsroom typewriters as they incorporate and intermix their gun-control agenda and fears into the story...
Think of this rationale; the hijacker-terrorists flying planes into the twin towers on 911 Didn't even have pilots licenses, so why penalize 99.9999% of all legitimate licensed pilots in the country for the wicked acts of those who wish to harm America and her subjects...

Bottom line: I support a common sense dangerous drug and chemical control effort without the attachment of The Prison Industrial Complex lobbies. I will support, trust and respect whoever is elected in 2008. No comment here should be assumed to support or degrade the Republicans or the Democrats in any way, shape or form. Nor are my comments regarding Barack Obama to be construed as automatically undermining Sen. McCain in 2008 or visa versa.
