*Note: These 2 judges should resign the bench altogether. Both are believed to have lost relatives to drunks. Their conflicts spill over into all of their juvenile/alcohol related cases. ...In lieu of Judge Brown's transfer to a milieu where he will now have more quality control peer review & supervision and in the absence of his Montrose Rat Pack associates we may consider changing this town's formal designation from "Town of the Damned to Town of the Darned." ...Or so we thought. Now it appears this corrupt official will attempt to reside upon this author's case. He will do the "Advisement of Rights" in this maybe -One Pointer trial or reduction. Brown will instruct this author that I am NOT to retaliate against anyone in this case including Him. It is predicted he would attempt to construe this website which has existed since #50637 started as a retaliation against Him or this lying MPD noggin-popper'. ALL Litigation this author has ever been involved in has been published on line. Brown's especially! A Cease and Desist Order will be filed and he can be expected to instigate brand spanking new state court charges for (what he would construe as "Contempt" per his verbal instructions in his court of record which does not allow recording devices). Turning this simple overblown traffic ticket into a decade long reciprocal living death of Brown/Montrose hoops, classes & Brown is proceeding after I have filed an Affidavit of Prejudice against him, a Motion for his Recusal was slapped down by him instantly and the state of Colorado provides no remedy. As demonstrated in #50637 against this author's son, Brown will knowingly try & exceed or circumvent this author's 14th Amendment Protections... Thanks to the crooks in City Hall, Montrose, Colorado enjoys fame as; A Town of The Damned where life is best described as a reciprocal living death. ...And horror of this magnitude rolls along uninterrupted just under the surface... It sounds like Noelle Hagen is the problem in Montrose & Brown is the acting instrumentality of a corrupted City council. Montrose has already been served Notice of Intent per 24-C.R.S. ~ 109 (B) regarding this. There are a couple of malignant narcissists who need smashed on their snout with a nice federal injunction! Watch how Brown will send the City spiraling into a lake of legal fire... Outsiders looking in will see only a caldron of conflict and perpetual emotional distress and anguish. This otherwise pleasant community and the very decent people here need to remove these embarrassing cancer cells. It will be a pleasure "serving" The City of Montrose...

surgical lobotomy at C.M.H.I.P. followed with 60 Mg NAVANE injections for life -with the option of voluntarily taking the dose himself. Then Mr. Brown goes off to Buena Vista for 2 1/2 Years of intense Shock Incarceration, then Mr. Brown can spend the remainder of his indeterminate sentence at The Delta Honor Farm...
The reason Mr. Brown deserves a Sentence like this for his life's work is to prevent him from creating Sentences like this for the people of this community. Reflecting the Montrose/Delta area's "glass ceiling on Chicanos" Policy -look at the Salazar case out of Delta a few years ago. The Salazars lived in an all white Delta neighborhood with CBI agent Jack Haynes as one of their neighbors. Well the mom told me their story one day as I prepared an article. She was extremely depressed and described how Haynes sent an undercover agent into their home with some chemical in his pocket, then left their home with the same chemical in his pocket and their son was arrested on the road near their home. The Honorable judge Brown resides on the case and the Sentence was: Young Salazar had to complete his GED, after which he would qualify for the State's Shock Incarceration Program at Buena Vista, then he would complete the last 3 years of his sentence at the Delta Honor Farm, three miles from his home...

We introduce Judge Mitchel as a man of relative fairness in the majority of cases and to exhibit general courtesy and demeanor, however in case # 02-T-622:
Judge Mitchel violated the state's court rules and ethics, then remained in this void where the State Judiciary Dept wouldn't do anything and Colorado's citizens couldn't get at him. After a year or so we realized the gut-less wonder of Colorado's slipshod State Judiciary Department and realized that the State intentionally has no mechanism for redress of unethical behaviors, and then either has tons of $$$ for legal waste or gives up and begins a lifetime of disgust for our state government for it's deficiencies. Judge Mitchel was reputed to be a "good" private attorney by several people, an attorney with the skills to take the unambiguous text of a statement and reconfigure it into something entirely different. It's then up to the "unbiased" judge to bring the pleadings and exaggerations into truthful context, But when the judge himself IS the shady attorney then all of the expected safeguards are removed and we have a court system like one would expect in Peru, Somalia or Turkey.
When Mitchel & Det. Schnelling ruined Don LaBarr Sr's life with a 1 Year jail work release sentence, based upon false evidence they caused this author to work every day for that entire year. Now it's payback time with a lifetime of Full Public Exposure.
Mitchel is prohibited from ever residing in any "LaBarr" Case as an affidavit of prejudice has been filed with the State in 02T622 showing 20 counts of embellishment of perjury. Establishing the etiology of a pathological liar.
Montrose faces a hard, expensive lesson for their complacency with the tyrannical Judiciary antics of Richard Brown and the deceit of rogue John Mitchel.
