These businesses out west were wiped out like bowling pins by the administration's misuse of the press. This used to be a spirited warm & friendly place where entertainers also made money. Recently one resident was pulled over multiple times and on one incident John was accused of DUI. He blew .000 on the breathalyzer, but that wasn't enough for the MPD. John had a hip injury and could not then physically perform the field test, so the MPD went ahead and charged him with DWAI. 

It's now all a matter of whether or not John has $8000 for attorney fees.   ...He doesn't. 

This town has a major crisis with too many extras with attitude.

Here's the only result of  lowering the national DUI level to .08 and adding 100,000  extra cops on the streets. 

Extra cops keep this town in a reciprocal living death cycle. This punk U-Turned 6-times over 9-months and finally faxed in a citation costing $8000 in fees.

2 separate frame-up events over 14 months;

 My book came out on Monday and this was the following Saturday.  This punk (or someone -exactly like him- driving his car) flipped me off on Jan 3, 2008 raising very serious life/death concerns. Here I am receiving the first citation since 1992   A   4-point Careless Driving Offense. 9-months later I finally had the area's worst judge recused and pled guilty to a 2-Point Failure to Use Turn Signal.

There are only 2-Main streets in this town and this punk reported every-single-sighting whatsoever of me as a violation of a brand new felony protection Order. You should've seen how Mitchel let Wanda the DA Lady act out on the second event's pre-trial; She was flinging her hands over her shoulder  slinging; Mr -La-Barr-has-al-ready-pled-guilty-to-Mr-Worthington's first one and She coined incident # One as the criminal motive for "my following, stalking & harassing this super-liar the second offense." It cost me $1800-2000 to have "my admission of guilt" to this so-called previous offense barred from entry into the second sequence as an affirmative motive.  John Mitchel's brother-in-law is responsible in part for the suspected security loss in our torture.

After hours in Montrose every car on the road is pulled over for a fishing expedition. Even the slightest trace of alcohol results in being thrown to peril where you either have $8000 extra bucks to toss away or the next two years of your life are trashed in an extremely corrupt venue. I went through BOTH the State Supreme Court's Disciplinary Panels on lawyers and judges on Mitchel. A wasted year-long daisy chain of form letters and a revolving door. I also sent courtesy copies of the roughly 100 page presentation to the speakers of both Colorado's House and Senate without any response.

This town is a ghost town after hours -people too afraid of the excess of cops.

People want a higher quality, cheaper car, so they buy Toyota and Honda, that is
why American brands are losing money.

That's absolutely obscene. 

Contrast this with non-union Toyota, whose total hourly U.S. labor costs, with
benefits, are about $48 per hour.

A scene is appearing like in an old movie about the French Revolution, where a guillotine is being set up in the public square. ... But just rolling the heads of 3 CEOs won't bring the needed change.  Some of these union bosses need to find some other source of income, get their cookies elsewhere. 

THE UAW has got to make some concessions to compete or there needs to be bankruptcy and all this dead weight cut off so the businesses can function and compete!  The UAW is the top heavy extraneous weight needing decapitated and the fat trimmed.  There isn't autonomically the need to roll the CEO's heads and we're not bad mouthing the teamsters here either, just bring into focus the core of the problem.
