The DEA - Worse Than Useless 

For decades this author's family has been subjected to illegal operations from law enforcement personnel entering and operating upon private property, with NO legal authorization. 

...In the interest of national security; A  F.O.I.A. was sent to the FBI's Washington D.C. office in 2001 as well as the D.E.A.  -years before any  publishing...  The D.E.A. responded with the document below sent via Registered Mail.  No concerns were expressed by the DOJ or FBI in their F.O.I.A. response. 

A UV-Range Gauss Shield Coats Them -Displacing Their Ambient Images

(Theory - 6 ...Years of research were devoted to presenting this info in this form and reveals about 80% of the system used on our family.  This author does not certify the accuracy of this theory, yet this is presented as a generic-ballpark description of it's operation, FYI. This theory came along @ the 18 month point after the incident, after discussion with several electronic engineers. Noticing that it's image displacement effects only work in daylight hours, the actual mode of it's operation is believed to be that a massive solar charged mirror-like UV Range Standing Radio Wave type field is generated in a local area by this pyramid/capacitor in full sunlight and then attracted to oppositely charged objects and personnel through a secondary part of the system, The UV Range bandwidth is so tight that the lower frequency Ambient light waves sort of Electrically Roll on top of it, causing this UV range mirror-like charged Ionization to predominate in the viewer's  sight picture -reflecting the surrounding area and what's behind it)...

We believe gravity attracts it towards the ground like a carpet, loosely like sheaves of St. Elmo's Fire.  Oppositely charged objects within the field are then like Bumps In The Carpet and the UV range energy is inherently invisible to the unaided eye. Lower frequency (and powered) ambient waves our eyes see, in the area will contact this, be unable to penetrate it and rolling on top of will travel on their way.  Their image is effectually displaced and the nature of the Opposite charge is similar to 2 Bar Magnets where the Like +/- Poles will lock together indefinitely.  Images of charged personnel are not visible on mirrors due to the conductive chromium metallic backing, but razor sharp images are viewable on plate glass windows or other non-conductive surfaces which Will host an image, but Will Not host electricity where their displaced image dead ends.  

Anything coated by this ionized field, which will host electricity, will not host an image and keeps it cycling. Uniquely, within this Ionic field -Razor sharp images of personnel associated with this are readily viewed on non-conductive plate glass windows or surfaces where their image dead-ends. It's almost like inside a Fog or could be compared to a Standing (or Stationary) Radio Wave... The image sort of rolls around charged parties within the field. In the open it's undetectable except for heat mirages in unusual places, the D.E.A. uses it maliciously.

Below is a copy of the original hand drawing made of the equipment used by the D.E.A. in the aftermath of their warrant-less Hate Crime. There was a group with (30)  M-16s' on the 3rd day, all wearing rectangular goggles and an unknown # of sharpshooters throughout  the event.    In the beginning of this scene the Point man with this Cheyenne group, with a Vietnam style bush hat, Ray Bans and a .45 pistol appeared to have lined up (2) headshots with the same round. ...My wife and I.  At a point Blanc distance I retained unforgettable memories.  This guy wore the "device strapped to man's wrist" in the drawing below. I noted it was secured with a yard or so of brown medical gauss which matched his khaki shirt. It seemed like the metallic pistol needed a little help blending in. This was the first time in the event where a firearm was intentionally pointed directly at my head.

The "Brownie Squad" on our property is suspected to have been called, "Cheyenne's Shock Team."  It seemed like they staged wave after wave of mock entry drills all day long and that it was designed to wear down enemy soldiers in combat.

             Anti-Mafia has initiated an effort to determine the manufacturer of this system.  

After exhausting all legal remedies, Raytheon was formally contacted on April 27, 2005 with copies sent to the U.S. Attorney in Denver and to Senator Allard on the Senate's select Intel Committee. In retrospect, we believe a fair amount of some major military defense contractor's equipment, including items with illegal Patents may have been abused or test-proven on our family while set up on our property by those less than reputable within the local law enforcement communities.   The U.S. Attorney has once again expressed disinterest in the ongoing investigation of this case in their expanded one-line form letter of response dated May 23, 2005.   Raytheon also apparently claims no interest either, having failed to deny, respond, claim or express any concerns although thereafter in Montrose we noticed a car parked next to us one time with a Raytheon/McDonald Douglas Parking Permit. 

   In another night time incident a semi mounted model seen in California was also parked next to us which had a distinct Dakota's Missile Base look to it and a phenomenal sparkle paint job with a Devilish blue stripe. The paint was sort of a bluish/silver shadow somewhat like the coloration of the underside of F-16s and looked like a common Air Force vehicle with a custom paint job.  The phenomenal paint job almost looked bizarre on this pugsley looking twin-seated tractor with an air cleaner on the side of the hood.  

   In darkness this UV pyramid blinked Black light pulses @ 2hz indicating (to me, a Ham operator & electronic engineer) it was interactive with the Earth's magnetic field, accumulating a capacitive charge, discharging (blinking) and recharging in a cycle. Not photovoltaic but It acts as a capacitor/inductor and the slowly accumulating energy in the night time magnetic field was enough to cycle it @ 2hz. I believe the cyclic rate in direct sunlight would increase to near infinity, easily creating harmonics in the UV range with weaker harmonics above. This was in another entirely separate incident on another date and was exponential in comprising the theories published on this site.  Mrs. LaBarr went off the road and blew out both right side tires near Amboy, CA during that ongoing interstate incident. The static-like sparks would build and grow towards the bottom section of the band and just as it would start to chase it would jump to the bottom of the band and arc convexly outward like a solar flare to a seeming equal distance between the band then invert concave and appear to leap or to be hurled from the band.

  ...We are still waiting for correspondence from Raytheon in any form. The absence of any contact further diminishes security concerns. (Also, if it turns out that Raytheon Corp has their own company-exclusive Bureau of Investigation which might kick in when $ Billions of their private patents are loose, as we've come to suspect, we will want to sue for substantial damages).  

 We notified Raytheon via Certified mail and consider the DOJ and the Senate Intel Committee to be fully aware of this 1993 DEA incident describing the usage of this system. We're still waiting on Sen. Allard and the Senate Intel Committee's response This author is anxious to testify before the Senate on this incident and to offer suggestions for a drug policy which would be more popular and would  work better than this current one...
